Ordered at 7:07pm. Food wasn't delivered until 9:26pm (delivery was outsourced to DoorDash by the way, even though we ordered directly in the PJ app. When we called around 9pm to ask what was happening and to say that by the time our food arrived, it was going to be cold. Manager said, oh no it won't be cold and we've been very busy. YES IT WAS COLD. Store #924. Worst service ever.
Pizza sucked!! Ordered light sauce, it’s pouring out of the pizza. Also tastes like an old pizza with cheese thrown on and heated, very few of toppings I ordered on it, roxboro papa John’s do better for others I’m done ordering from there
Ripped Off by Papa John's Pizza (20312 NW 2nd Avenue, Miami, FL)... Paid $14.45 for an 8 Piece Buffalo Wings side. Got 6 Unsauced scrawny wings. I don't like to disparage people but this is either a Reading & Math issue or they just didn't give a happy. Was in a hurry so I grabbed it & left the store. My fault for that I suppose but the order was pretty simple. Shouldn't have had to check it. I have pictures too. Really sad. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!👎👎👎👎👎
