Ordered from the Clinton township Michigan location. Never received my pizza despite it saying it was delivered. Called the store manager said no one answered the door or the phone. I never received a phone call. Said they left the pizza by my door which it was not there. The manager was rude when I called. I asked for it to be redelivered or get a refund and they said they couldn’t do either. I contacted corporate for a refund and they wanted my order number from the pizza I never received and said someone would contact me in 48 hours which no one has. Never will order from them again. Terrible customer service. Even DoorDash has better customer service.

Received the wrong order. Tried to call the store five times (Morgan’s corner in Pooler GA) and was hung up on EVERY time. Called corporate and was told they’ll get back to me in 48 hours. We will NEVER order from Papa John’s again.

Never underestimate the value and need for 24/7 food. Thank you to Dhru and Reet for providing with an experience and nutrition I could not produce unless I had a full blown pizza business while travelling to the Woodstock hospital for MRIs.
You made my night and I hope that more people see how fortunate we are to have our basic food needs met, which literally averts crises everyday.

Absolutely discussed with this business! I was there for another reason and there delivery driver blocks my car in using a spot that isn’t a parking spot !! Then tells me it’s ok I’m just picking up deliveries and the workers all take their side… inconvenience others is not a way to run a business! Boycott Woodstock papa Johns !

Edit.... As you can see underneath, they reached out for me to email them about this issue. I sent two different emails and didn't hear back. They don't care, they just put that response on here to make it seem like they care about their customers. Stay far away from this pizza place. Plenty of other great pizza joints in Woodstock. I recommend everyone try City Pizza.
Tried to order a dozen pizzas and the person that answered the phone couldn't comprehend the questions I was asking on the phone. Will not be ordering anything from them ever. Good luck surviving in this city that has other great pizza options where the people understand English.
