Other night I pre ordered hours ahead so my food would be delivered at certain time, not only were they 30 mins late the food was cold. I sent my complaint into pizza hut and the managers response was rude and not helpful. Didn't offer my money back or even apologize. I'm not impressed as my family ordered from them a few times a month. No longer will get my business or any of my family or friends. The old manager needs to come back this place is a nightmare.

Pizza was still raw in the middle and they put the mushrooms underneath the cheese which made all the doppings just fall off immediately, what a waste of money

Expensive for the quality, fast delivery, but expensive.75% of the time the pizza is mostly burnt and boneless bites are superrrrr soggy and cold. Last time i got a pizza here they forgot to put the sauce on the pizza LMAO WHAT.

Pizza was undercooked... pizza crust had not even risen at all... the pizza underneath was and off white colour.

Spent $34 for a single large extra pep and cheese pizza. Pepperoni was burnt and crust was so thin the grease ate through it. Called to complain and they sent me another greasy crapzza. I used to get beautiful fluffy amazing tasting pizzas from them. Now its like grease soaked cardboard. What happened pizza hut?? So disappointed. :(
