Very greasy chicken sandwich. Was eating it on the way home, so didn't have a chance to complain at the restaurant. Complained to corporate, very nice, but passed it on to the franchise. Two weeks, still nothing. Oh well, all I can do is never go there again because they don't really care!!

Very disappointing. The chicken had no flavour and was dried out to the point of being to hard to eat, the biscuits were also dried out and the gravy had no flavour. We paid for food that wasn't eatable. The staff was friendly.

We got there around 7:30 for dinner as it was a long day for us and we got food that was the worst. Was like the food had been sitting for hours and they gave it away to us instead of tossing it. Our biscuits were hard as pucks. We spent $36 to be tossed in the garbage as we were unable to eat it. Disgusting!! We are new to town and this is a place we'll never go back to. To bad because Popeyes was a favorite of ours.

Why 5 stars for fast food? I can't think of a single order mishap, dip in quality or a time I've had to wait. For fast food, this place is always consistent and from what I can tell, fresh and speedy. But why does my google maps hide the local until you zoom in on top of it? KFC paying you off?Spicy or death for this fellow.Update: Still the best. Good job guys!
