Kate from the Starbucks at the eastbound on the run made me the best drink I’ve ever had from a Starbucks! After a 5 hour drive I stopped in for a cold pick me up, which is all the information I gave her before she saved me from having to think of an order (as my brain was toast!). She took creative freedom and I now have a favourite go to! Thanks Kate!

I went to this Starbucks on the way home for my March brake, I had gift card that was biodegradable, unfortunately I ended washing my cardboard gift card and calling Ankit to see if anything could be done about this situation he looked up my receipt from the previous 2 days and refunded my balance to a new card, overall was such a understanding and thankful for the employees

Absolute worst drink ever. Was looking forward to treating myself on a drive home. Ordered cafe mocha - no espresso no frothy milk or whip the worst watered down version of a 6$ hot chocolate I have ever had… they take advantage of knowing you are driving away before you taste it.

They close awfully early for being a travel focused location (7pm) and to make it worse, this evening we came in just after 6:00 and they had already closed. By 6:40 the staff were sitting on their butts and playing on their phones in the dining area. Every other vendor was open and busy!! This location isn’t interested in customer service or being competitive and should probably just close up shop now. Lazy.

Stopped on our way to Ancaster today. Bought the egg bites and lattes. Fast friendly service and delicious. Ty so much. Made the journey more enjoyable.
Extremely slow service & I ordered a strawberry coconut drink with light ice and then watched the worker add a couple ounces of water to the drink to defeat the purpose of me ordering light ice. (Strawberry coconut drink has no water)

i got a refresher and asked for cold foam and all of it is stuck to the top, there’s about 20% drink 80% cold foam ?. And I also ordered a lemon loaf but they forgot it.
