I would like to give it 5 star but for for now it’s 2 because they are always out of products and the rude, no manners blonde big girl with zero customer service skills is just a turn off. She is most of the time night shifts. She also needs to clean after herself, very sloppy clothes, hair. Not a good look when customer pays over $5 bucks for just a coffee. Very very very slow service staff has no clue have w to handle volume of customers and ignore them. All 3 staff members work on one same order at a time....should move more efficiently especially for Starbucks. You can't just serve one customer at a time especially here horrible service I watched tons of customers leave line without ordering and totally disappointed. Needs more efficient system.

I showed her my qr code to collect the points (which was a special points today, more then the regular 1 point/$1) she didn't scan so I thought I needed to pay first. Went ahead to pay then showed her my code and she still didn't scan. If the scanner was broken or I missed the reasoning I would have appreciated an explanation. Normally I pay by a preloaded points card feeling rejected today but have a delicious cold brew ? so I'll get over missing my freebie today.
