I'm not going to lie. I've wanted to go to this food truck for months now and I've even posted about it. I was able to go and try their Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich today and it was great. 10 out of 10, the steak melted in your mouth and the veggies and cheese were cooked to perfection. Looking forward to talking more next time!

The food is delicious. Takes a while but worth it. Only real problem is the fries portion size. They are smaller containers than their competitors and twice now they haven't even been half full. Additionally tonight my husband's hotdog bun had a moldy spot. ? I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt on that one due to the heat today.
Dietary restrictions: We really appreciate the gluten free option for the fries. Now if they could find a gluten free gravy option for the poutine my teenager with celiac would be overjoyed.

I've had onion blooms elsewhere and they were crispy and delicious. The guy said 10 minutes took 40. I would have been happy to wait if the onion bloom was cooked properly but unfortunately their Fry wasn't working right. He gave me 5 dollars back from 15 and I threw the bowl of soggy grease in the garage.
