I visited the store as I was craving a pizza and requested a simple cheese pizza with jalapeños on top. I was informed that this was not possible. I mentioned that I frequently order pizza with jalapeños at Tim’s and even offered to pay extra to have them added on the side or on top. Unfortunately, my request was denied, and I had to purchase something else instead. I left unsatisfied with the overall service experience.

I had a truly heartwarming experience at this location today. Despite my message being a bit unclear while placing the order, the staff greeted me with a genuine smile, patience, and incredible politeness. She handled everything so calmly and kindly, it really stood out.
