This service was absolutely GUT-WRENCHING. I cannot even BEGIN to explain how disappointed I was. It takes an HOUR for the food to arrive although they said it would arrive in 10 minutes, not to mention the fact that there was enough oil on the pizza for a Diddy party. Please improve this. I am heartbroken.

Pizza is decent but the service is garbage. I called them for pizza and simply asked the price of wings and got attidute then got hung up on. Idiots answering the phone there. Have had brutal service issues with this place over the years

Pizza is always delicious, but they got our last order wrong. We ordered 2 pizzas with different toppings but they gave us 2 of the same pizza. We still enjoyed the pizza very much but was very disappointed to have not received our correct order. Next time I will check the boxes before I leave.

I recently had a fantastic takeout experience from Twice the Deal! I ordered the Tandoori Paneer Tikka Pizza, and it was exceptionally tasty. What made my experience even more special was how they accommodated a customization request at no extra charge, which was greatly appreciated. Additionally, the service was top-notch; the girl at the counter was both polite and attentive, making sure everything was perfect with my order. Highly recommend them for both their delicious food and superb customer service. Five stars all around!

Waited almost and hour and a half for a pizza and wing combo. I called after the hour mark to be told oh they'll send it out in the next 5-10 mins.. well 25 mins later my food showed up, the garlic bread was the only thing that was hot. The wings barely had any sauce and weren't even warm.This isn't the first time I've had this issue with receiving cold food and extremely long waiting times

I had the tandoori chicken pizza was a flavorful delight, blending succulent chicken with aromatic spices atop a perfectly crisp crust. Highly recommend! Next time gonna try chicken shawarma for sure ?
