Review for Twice the Deal Pizza – Extremely Disappointed This Time
As a frequent customer, I’m usually very happy with the service at this location. However, today’s experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I waited for several minutes with no acknowledgment while pizzas were literally falling out of the oven unattended. The staff member on duty seemed completely indifferent and made no effort to manage the situation.
To make matters worse, two loud and rowdy boys entered the store, and despite me already waiting, the staff chose to serve them first after I had already called him over. I was blatantly ignored even after politely stating that I had been there first and that I was on a tight schedule. His response? He continued helping them anyway.
This lack of professionalism almost cost me my entire lunch break, and it’s unacceptable—especially for someone who supports this place regularly. I’ve never felt so disrespected or dismissed here before, and it honestly left a bad taste in my mouth—no pun intended.
Your loyal customers deserve better than this.

This service was absolutely GUT-WRENCHING. I cannot even BEGIN to explain how disappointed I was. It takes an HOUR for the food to arrive although they said it would arrive in 10 minutes, not to mention the fact that there was enough oil on the pizza for a Diddy party. Please improve this. I am heartbroken.

Pizza is decent but the service is garbage. I called them for pizza and simply asked the price of wings and got attidute then got hung up on. Idiots answering the phone there. Have had brutal service issues with this place over the years

Pizza is always delicious, but they got our last order wrong. We ordered 2 pizzas with different toppings but they gave us 2 of the same pizza. We still enjoyed the pizza very much but was very disappointed to have not received our correct order. Next time I will check the boxes before I leave.
