I’ve only had whisk and roll bakery twice but both times the sandwiches I had were delicious. Great flavour and very fresh. The second time I had whisk and roll bakery I went to the store and I thought the customer service was great! I went on a Saturday and asked for a sandwich, not realizing they don’t offer sandwiches on the weekend, however, they still had enough supplies and made me one anyways!

I bought butter tarts and date squares and I wasn’t impressed. The filling little inside the butter tart was ok but I found that the crust was too thick. The bottom of my date squares were so hard and hardly any filling at all. We won’t be going back again…..sorry

Back in October, we purchased a whole lemon meringue pie from the bakery. When we cut into it later that day, we found that the crust was liquid and runny. We brought it to a gathering and our friends were kind. Flavours were good, just not the presentation or texture. We contacted the business but never heard back. Didn’t want anything in return but wanted to share as a caution for others.

I recently visited and was absolutely impressed by both the environment and the quality of the treats. From the moment I stepped inside, I was welcomed by a warm atmosphere. The interior is beautiful, creating a relaxedvibe. The soft lighting and comfortable seating, made it a perfect spot to unwind during my break.
As for the bakery’s offerings, everything was fresh, clean, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. The staff was friendly. I’ll definitely be back soon to enjoy both the delightful treats and the inviting ambiance!

Decided to visit this bakery after a bank appointment. They closed in 40 minutes so I was worried selection and goods would be par. Was I ever wrong. Service was so nice and friendly. Selection was great. Everything that we got was DELICIOUS, fresh and made so well. Prices were also great for everything we got. We are from Listowel so unfortunately for us we will be driving an hour just to visit this bakery again. Lol

Around 3 months prior to my wedding I contacted Whisk and roll to order a small cutting cake as well as 100 cupcakes of different flavors. After many messages back and forth, including a phone call and inspiration pictures sent I felt that our vision was understood. My mother in law even visited the shop 1 day prior to ensure pick up time and the order was all set and correct. Flash forward to the day of my wedding, my husband gets a call letting him know Cheryl did not in fact make our cake/have it ready on our wedding day, as she thought was needed the next day. Needless to say 100% stressful/disappointing as whatever was whipped up last minute did not meet the inspiration pictures/design. I have no idea how such a misstep was made considering this was all discussed and settled many days prior. In the end this isn't a Zero star since we did get a mostly plain white frosted cutting cake and most of the cupcakes made it to the actual wedding. My family was very disappointed as my Husband and I talked up how much we loved Whisk and Roll prior to, and to be completely forgotten on our wedding day is actually just sad.
I’ve just had my engagement party on Saturday September 28th, we ordered chocolate & red velvet cupcakes and a stunning raspberry white chocolate cake ! Everyone at the party was asking where we got them from, and had nothing but amazing things to say about how delicious, fresh and beautiful they were !! Highly recommend !! We loved the flavours, and couldn’t get over how soft and fresh everything was ! We will absolutely be coming back for more of our wedding events ! Thank you!! Alexis !

I purchased a 4 pack of cupcakes in Paris Saturday, paid $16 and they went in the trash. The cupcake itself was so dry you couldn’t swallow it down. The frosting was good but without an edible cake part it was if no use. Will not be buying from them again

We purchased a black forest cake for a birthday. At pick up, half the cake had collapsed on the one side because the cherry filling has pushed the cream boarder on top down the side. They fixed it quickly. By the time we drove home ~10minutes it had collapsed again. We were told that is the way it is and because of the cherry filling. The cake tasted good but the cake looked terrible. No discount was provided for the error.

This review is long overdue as our wedding was back in December 2023! However I wanted to share my experience with this bakery after finding the pictures! My husband and I ordered our wedding cake from Whisk and Roll Bakery 2-3 weeks before our wedding and I was panicking because I didn’t think anyone would be able to make my cake that late into wedding planning? however I was so surprised and grateful when the owner was able to do it and also it was In my price range!!♥️ as you can see from the images, our cake was a beautiful three tier cake with white butter cream, chocolate cake sponge, with Dulce de leche filling. I gave her a picture of what I was looking for and she did exactly that! Plus we had real white flowers for our cake (which took her a while to find but sh me did it and we appreciated so much♥️♥️) this cake cost me only $285!!! (When other bakery’s we’re trying to charge me $600-800). When we picked up the cake the owner was super kind and sweet and helped us out!!! Thank you so much for making us a beautiful cake! I definitely recommend using them for your wedding cake!! It was also very delicious??

I have ordered 2 cakes from Whisk and Roll and they’ve been perfectly awesome. The most recent was 6” classic chocolate for my husband’s birthday. I had requested a birthday greeting that could’ve been difficult to fit on the cake but they illustrated it beautifully and of course the cake was delicious! Thank you Whisk and Roll.
