Sad to say that Woodstock Pizza has gone downhill in the last 10 years or so. It used to be my go to for pizza. The prices are amazing and the amount of cheese used is awesome, but it's lacking in flavour. Using fresh and not canned items (tomatoes, mushrooms) would certainly help out.
Best homemade pizza.
I went to school at Springbank elementary. Your business kept me fed frequently. Some of my best memories were your food. When we were asked at home what takeout we wanted your lasagna and poutine were what we asked for. A few years back when we went home for a visit to Woodstock my sister introduced us to your Poutine Pizza. It Blew my mind (Can't find that anywhere here in NS). Your food held up from the time I went to elementary school until the time I went back for a visit 25 years later. Thank you for EVERYTHING. To anyone wondering if the food here is worth ordering, YES! It is so amazing.
I dunno what all these raw bland people are droning about. I order here all the time and it's always solid and the same every time. Love love this place. The crust is fantastic and refreshingly different from the usual same old. It's light and has the Dave Portnoy crunch. ZERO FLOP FRANKIE.. One bite everybody knows the rules.....I'm gonna burn my face off here Frankie.. Like it's just a solid pizza Frankie. Lots of cheese right to the edge, GREAT undercarriage, zero flop. Could use more sauce Frankie more sauce. Has a nice sweet tang to it but needs more. 8.4 that's a review.
Oh and btw, wings are awesome and closest comparable would probably be Crabbies. I feel like people don't give the wings a try here due to the competition (if ya know what I mean) but there's zero reason not to. I think they're better quality actually. Big wings lotsa sauce and the pic is one pound so you get a good amount. I've had the ravioli, lasagna, and rigatoni meatballs, all excellent and excellent home made flavour and quality. Love this place. Stay open later during the week though!
Great fresh veggies and meats on your pizza and their crust and cheese choice is outstanding
Best pizza in town
It's a take out place.
We don't have panzerottis in Alberta. Visiting family in Woodstock and I had to get one. So yummy!!
The worst pizza I've ever had in my life and that is saying a lot. My pizza was raw. The toppings were underneath the cheese and nothing was cooked through. Soggy pepperoni, crunchy onions, mushy mushrooms. What a disappointment.
Pizza is always on point. I love the chicken parm as well. Great value.
The pizza is baaaaaad. Undersauced....and the sauce isn't even good. Bought it a few times hoping it'd be good. Never has. Toppings bland, sauce bland, all around bland. Dips make it barely edible, but even their dips are second grade. Don't waste your money
Restaurantji Recommends
Best in town for years!!! Unfortunately lately 😕 depends who's working? Different pizza..Different days 🙄
Best pizza around, hands up or hands down. Deluxe is the way to go. Unknown secret poutine pizza is better when it's room temperature bc you don't lose all the toppings
Food is always good quality, the problem is that sometimes the staff seem very soulless, and they do get your order wrong often. I got 2 fries, which were great price, and they forgot one of them. Me and my family sometimes order pizza from here after long trips, and it’s always great. Would recommend trying the place out.
If I could give a lower rating I would. I understand food service businesses are needing to cut costs but this place used to be good. I don’t call restaurants to complain, but äter receiving panzarotti that was raw on the inside and had grease running out of it… I called. It was soaking through bags and running off the plate and then it was raw dough inside. It was awful. So I called. The woman I was transferred to was incredibly rude and dismissive. I was calm and told her my food was not cooked and there was grease running all over the place. She basically told me it was fine and I shouldn’t complain, that this is how it has always been cooked. Then she set the phone down and walked away. Eventually I hung up realizing she wasn’t passing me along. I won’t be a customer any longer. Everyone makes mistakes, but this place is going to poison someone the way they undercook food.
Best pizza in town!
