Unfortunately, this place doesn't care about the cumminuty it serves. They often have delivery services blocking the bike lane, and the TTC stop preventing bike riders and handicap pedestrians from having a safe place to commute for the sake of their flour.

I used to come here as a little girl, back when the elderly gentleman used to run this place with his sons. I returned to Toronto recently to discover it was still open and was so excited to enter their bakery. I came in and was disappointed in the customer service I received. The woman behind the counter (mid 30s and I believe she's one of the wives of the sons) was very cold and clearly did not want to be there. She gave me and my mother a lot of attitude for no reason.. I used to love this place and their delicious food and was excited to introduce my 2 year old daughter to a bakery her mom loved as a little girl, too. The older man was the sweetest and his sons were always so friendly when I used to visit. I miss them as I have core memories from this bakery- walking home every day from elementary school and grabbing a chocolate croissant as a treat, or their massive slices of delicious pizza (they unfortunately don't sell them anymore). I hope one day I can return to this bakery and leave with a better experience.

Very rude. 0 customer service. There are ways to talk to people if you want to run a successful business. Extremely dismissive and unprofessional. The blonde women owner/wife should work in a barn since her lack of etiquette is disgusting and uncalled for. No customer or human being should be treated with her lack of respect and dignity.

Amazing black forest ham, amazing deli. Great bread, excellent pastries. It is tucked away in a neighbourhood between Eglinton and St. Clair so its kind of hard to get to but its worth the effort.Parking is slightly difficult but can be found on the side residentials streets.
