This place was amazing! This is definitely a must try in Toronto. The food was amazing from the quality, service, and the taste. They were so quick to serve our food and the owners were so friendly. The food tasted so fresh and they gave such generous portions. Definitely will be coming back again.

I’m not sure what “Asa” means, but as far as I’m concerned, it stands for Amazing Service Always. The staff and management continue to exceed all expectations to offer the one of the best dining experiences in the city and Sushi so fresh I could have sworn it was caught that morning. Whether it is quick bite after work or a party of 22 on Saturday night, Asa Sushi goes out of their way to make you feel special, leaving you full of joy and sushi. If haven’t had the chance to indulge at this Mom and Pop shop serving up the finest Japanese cuisine, make your way to Asa and I assure you that you won’t regret it!

My partner took me here because he used to come as a teenager. It was incredibly delicious! Every ingredient was well prepared, very fresh, and portions were generous. The service was great. When we asked for a takeout box for our tempura, the server brought over a box with a pre-packaged container of sauce so we wouldn’t have to do it ourselves. We had two beers and some sake and were completely satisfied and the bill was $120 including an 18% tip. I would highly recommend for dine in or takeout.

I come here once or twice a week or have someone for pick up. They are fast if you want take out for work for one order. Big portions too that lasted me until dinner. They're fresh and follow instructions. Got jane and bloor roll. Takoyaki, and salmon skin ??? so good ? and they always give lollies.
