Today I stopped by a Turkish döner place called Baboş. The location was really good, and the döner didn’t taste bad either. There was a middle-aged man behind the counter, working hard all by himself. What I took away from this experience is that he seemed like a working-class man trying to do a decent job with limited resources. I respected that.”
