Had the chicken rice and peas. Chicken was very fresh and had lots of flavour. Had ox tail gravy on the rice spicy with a lot of flavour. Awesome food thank you

Im a regular customer, food's great but I've had only the jerk chicken, service by wife or hubby's great, atmosphere's very inviting, friendly. Taken friends there, they love it too.There's a counter to sit and eat at but it's generally a take out place

First time trying C&Js and I must say one of the best Jamaican spots around. Jerk Chicken and Rice was excellent, fry chicken and BBQ was on pont. The gentleman that served us was very nice and friendly he even gave us some samples to make our experience even better. My new spot for Jamaican food.

I’ve tried a lot of different jerk spots from Kitchener to Scarborough and this place ranks up there with the best. Chicken is cooked perfectly and the flavour is on point. Just the right amount of smoke and spice but not so hot that you start leaking out of your face.

Owner was a really nice guy and promised I’d regret not ordering the large instead of the small.
He was in fact correct haha.

Will definitely be stopping in again if I’m ever back in the area.

I was looking for soup and I searched for Jamaican food near me at that point of time and I called to ask which kind of soup they had I heard chicken soup I said I’m on my way. Ok now I reach the restaurant and walk in. Immediately I started jamming cause the music was tasteful. The aroma of the food hit me and though I went with the intent for soup I ended up buying food. Overall I loved my first experience here. The place was clean handled my food with care and love. The owner is humble and was very pleasant to deal with I truly am grateful and ask God to bless this place cause I will be back again. And yes the soup was delicious I will be going back there for sure cause this is my new spot. For my first time it won’t be the last time there. I just wanted to say thank you and big up yourselves the service was on point.

I don’t like giving out bad reviews but this place is a disappointment sadly. I came in for the lunch special that was advertised for $6.99 at the front window but it ended up being $10 for a small jerk, regardless I still gave this place a chance. When I got home I kid you not the proportion of the meal was really small for $10 chicken, it was basically a size of one chicken leg. i’m not sure if it’s because of inflation but it’s crazy to me what I got for $10
