Good food for the price. $10 medium jerk chicken was a big enough lunch portion. Tastey food, poor service. The coleslaw portion was small. When I went to pay, I was just asked to tap my card and I couldn’t see the price on the terminal… I had to ask and was given attitude.

Food is very good but it's sad, how bad the customer service is be CARFUL OF the women in the Mornings. has a very nasty attitude. In the afternoons everything is great with the chef and the cashier. It's sucks because the morning is when you start you day. Nobody need that type of energy when trying to get a meal fix it or I'm gonna have to report this tothe mangers

The chicken was hard as a rock, she covered it in some gravy to hide the day old chicken. It was dry to eat to.I definitely won't be going back there. Not up to par. Not worth it at all.

I love the jerk chicken and good prices but customer service not great. Every time I go there I request a side of coleslaw and say I will pay extra for it. I don't understand why I can't have more than a spoonful of coleslaw??? Last time I got the excuse that there was a shortage of cabbage which is nonsense. It's ridiculous too.Parking: Couple spots in front onlymaybe in back not sure

The man who works behind the scenes is very cordial. The lady at the front was probably tired by the time I got there in the evening but her attitude was not welcoming at all. She seemed rather irritated by me asking questions. I wouldn't go back when I think that I am spending my money for that kind of behavior. Probably the only reason would bring me back is to support my Jamaican business. By the way she is not even Jamaican so I wouldn't sacrifice my support for her.

Service is rubbish. The customer service is rubbish. They make a mistake and tell you there is nothing they can do about it. This place needs new employees or better management

If I could give the store a 0 star, I would. I do not know who the owner of the store is but my sincerest apologies to him because that girl at the front of his store (the cashier) will run that store to the ground. I am a lover of Caribean Queen - I first tried food at another franchise near Jane station and absolutely loved it along with the customer service. So when I stopped by for a class in the area, I said let me go and buy some j*** especially since I knew I could rely on Caribean Queen for great tasting food and good service. I entered the store, was not greeted to which I then greeted the lady at the front. I then asked her for j*** chicken and how much it would cost for the different sizes - all while this woman proceeded to roll her eyes in front of me, and yawn annoyedly in front of my face. Mind you, I had been respectful to her all the while. Finally, when my food was done, she said your food is done, threw it on the counter and rolled her eyes walking to the back. I did not have the time or energy to deal with that cashier as my class was soon about to start. The food was good but will I ever come back - not even if I was dying of starvation. She completely ruined the food for me. It should not be rocket science to buy food from a store - people don't need your problems or insesurity or in her case, jealousy directed at them. If I could pay, jump over the counter and dish the food myself, trust me, I would. I hoped to be able to personally speak to the owner but I know they wouldn't give me any number. It's truly a shame as much as I love supporting my community and black businesses, I'm done. Beware folks before you go and purchase j*** with the added side of fastyness, don't say I didn't tell you.

I love some nice Caribbean food, but here I didn't get to enjoy it the way I would else where. Food was dry no sauce on rice the j*** chicken wasn't even all that. Food is food when ur hungry but here I didn't enjoy!

The food is cooked just right. The taste is just right. Overall the food tasted great. 1 star for the portion of the curry goat. 75% rice with coleslaw 25% small pieces of curry goat with bones. I would only go back there if I starving and there was nothing open.
