I appreciate your investigation into this issue, but I have no intention of providing a false review. My feedback was based on my genuine experience that day, during which the two employees appeared to be flirting with each other. Although I have had positive experiences at the Jane St location of Church’s, my first visit to the Weston Road location was disappointing due to the behavior of the two employees, which showed a lack of respect for customers.

Last night, my experience at Church’s Texas Chicken was disappointing. While the chicken was enjoyable, the overall atmosphere was disrupted by the unprofessional behavior of two employees, who appeared to be of Indian descent. Their conversation made the service seem chaotic and inattentive. I left feeling overlooked and have no desire to return to this location. I hope management addresses this issue

Yesterday employees working in the night shift were very disgusting. Both of them were more engaged in some sort of fellowship than being focused on serving their customers. The food was good, but the employees made the atmosphere a little awkward and their negligence made the service seem very slow. I hope management will look into this issue since Church’s Texas Chicken has good potential for a dining.

No dietary restrictions allowed. Asked for BBQ sauce on side instead of inside the sandwich because I'm diabetic and can't have too much sauce and got charged an extra $.50 and had BBQ sauce in my sandwich (had to wipe it off with a napkin)the lady who took my order was very rude. She gave me my food, we sat down to eat then she tells us that the dining room is closed. She very well could have told me that before I paid for the food. If I had of known I wouldn't have ordered anything, I would have gone somewhere else. How am I supposed to know, if the employee doesn't tell the customer.Then she kept giving me attitude mumbling under her breath and slamming doors. Very rude staff. Will not be going back. If you are asking for any modifications on any of there foods you will get attitude and not get the modification that you want. I work in a restaurant myself and we always have to tell people it's takeout only if the dining room is closed before they pay for their meals.
Waited 25 min for an order of just 6 chicken pieces. One of the pieces of chicken were still raw inside to top it off , couldn’t even bite into it. The cook kept switching between cashier and making food. No handwashing.
