Nice place service is ok workers find it hard to understand people sometimes but they are very nice I always ask for the muffins fresh because they once gave me one from the previous night and still sometimes when I ask they are somewhat hard and cold

Dirty, the restrooms weren’t cleaned for some time, and the bathroom keys looked disgusting.. you definitely don’t want to touch them. The staff made my wrap with the same gloves they touched the trash and buttons on the coffee machine with. Just one person doing all, visibly understaffed! Otherwise, great location, and the food was okay

This place is under new management now and honestly it sucks now. It used to be ok here but now the coffee is a lot more watery and served way too hot. Service is bad but gets even worse whenever the manager is there. Nothing is fresh and they barely have any product in stock. Couches and furniture are ripped - nothing is done to keep the place clean and presentable. This went from 4 stars to 1 star. I hope it closes down and something else replaces it.

I went there to get some coffees and 1 iced cup on my way out when I was opening the exit door. My hands were full, and my iced coffee fell down On the floor inside the store and I order another one, but they still charge me for the second order I did that not nice. It’s not about the ice cup worth but respect for the customer. Cheers.
