I’ve been a loyal Domino’s customer for years and have always loved their pizzas, but the service at this particular location has been the worst I’ve experienced. The staff here seriously needs better training in customer service. The person preparing the pizzas kept staring at customers in an uncomfortable and intimidating way, as if we owed him something. On top of that, he kept shouting from inside the kitchen — I couldn’t understand most of it, but it sounded like Punjabi — and he was extremely rude when asking about my order. To make things worse, the woman at the counter didn’t even let me finish explaining what I wanted. She kept cutting me off saying, “We don’t sell this” and “We don’t sell that,” even though I know very well what Domino’s offers. Another employee had to step in and correct her, confirming that they do sell the dipping sauce I was asking for, and he ended up giving it to me. As someone who has enjoyed Domino’s for a long time, this experience was genuinely disappointing. The food might still be good, but the staff at this location definitely needs improvement. Better training — or better hiring — is absolutely necessary.
