We went to Frankie’s today to celebrate both of my parents’ birthdays (it was my Dad’s birthday today and my Mum’s birthday yesterday) and we had an absolutely incredible time. The food was brilliant and the service was wonderful. In particular, Beata was extremely hospitable, warm, friendly and welcoming. She made this special occasion even more special so I’d like to say a big thank you to her. I can’t wait to return to Frankie’s again soon!

The atmosphere upon entry was absolutely amazing. Service was prompt and the drinks were on point. Olivia was very friendly, kind and helpful. We were given a table right next to the tv so watching the Man U vs Man city game with all my friends made the evening even better. I would definitely return.

Turnt up to none of the waiters coming to the desk where it states please wait to be seated. As we eventually got seated and given our set menu as it was pre booked the meal came out suspiciously fast ! As I sat eating my chicken burger which the first thing I noticed was it was called a chicken’ slaw burger yet contained no slaw on my plate , my chicken was completely pink and as you can imagine hard to eat ! I’m glad I realised it was pink and immediately stopped eating it , The worst part was once the waiter came over all he could offer was to make another one but me and my boyfriend we’re basically finished with our chips and his burger which he didn’t check but still ate, I’m the waiter walked away as if nothing was wrong and no further action was taken I’m disappointed in this business and will never be using it again ! I could have gotten seriously I’ll if I hadn’t of checked my burger , DONT USE RESTAURANT

I come here quite often and take friends in for snacks. Atmosphere is pleasant and food is good. The place is a gem. Enjoyed lovely tacos today.

We came here as it was part of the VIP Tour, but the service was awful, even though there was only one other table there, there were not a lot of options to choose from and it sucks if you have dietary restrictions because I couldn’t enjoy the whole experience. You have to pay for the drinks and since I didn’t get dessert, I felt like they could’ve exchanged it for the drink at least. We also had to flag them down to refill my water. Do not recommend.
