I got take out last week from this place. The quality was meh and the price was crazy compared to what I get from other places. The Philadelphia roll was really not good.So no, I would not recommend it.

My favourite restaurant in the area to get sushi for pickup. The rolls are fresh and good quality at a reasonable price. They have plenty of seating for dine in, but it seems to me that the majority of their business is pickup as I rarely see a large group of people eating in. My only complaint is that they always take longer than they quote to complete your order. I would recommend adding 10 min to whatever you are told over the phone when you order.

Always yummy! The best sushi and sashimi in this area at best prices. Pretty restaurant. Takeout is easy and very popular. I personally prefer takeout. My daughter loves the restaurant as she can always order more.

So, our one and only visit to this establishment, and trust me, it's going to stay that way. With over a thousand glowing Google reviews averaging a sparkling 4.4, we waltzed into this place with our expectations sky-high. Little did we know, we were about to enter the twilight zone of restaurant nightmares. To kick things off, our friendly waiter decided to play a guessing game - no menu choice for us; he handed us the regular menu and vanished into thin air. We scratched our heads, thinking this place was all-you-can-eat. After a bewildering 10-minute wait with no server in sight, we had to chase down our waiter and ask for the AYCE menu. Lo and behold, he miraculously remembered that they offered more than just the basics. We finally placed our order, thinking it was all smooth sailing from there. But guess what? After a whopping 45-minute wait, we were treated to the culinary masterpiece of a seaweed salad and miso soup. Yes, you heard that right - after 45 minutes, just those two items. And this was supposed to be an all-you-can-eat experience. Apparently, their strategy is to starve their customers into submission so they'll order less. The cherry on top was our server's unhelpful responses: "not my fault," "out of my control," "different department," and "we're busy." Oh, how comforting. We had waited so long, and the AYCE price was $49 per person, so naturally, we assumed the food would be divine. But boy, were we mistaken. The sashimi was thicker than a novel, the rice was as hard and unappealing as a rock, the chicken wings had an uncanny chemical aftertaste, the beef tasted like it was made in a factory, and the fried rice? Surprise, surprise, it had no salt and a generous sprinkling of eggshells. Not to mention, about 30% of our order was MIA, but we were too drained to bother. Our day was ruined by this illustrious 4.4-rated establishment. But here's the grand finale - we stumbled upon a QR code on the table that boldly promised free dishes in exchange for a 5-star review. Ah, the secret to their abundant positive reviews finally unveiled! This place is nothing but a scam. Our advice? Run, don't walk, and save yourself from spending over $50 per person for the privilege of waiting almost an hour for half of your order

When we lived in Toronto, we ordered from Ginza Ample every Thursday via UberEats. Thursdays are especially good at Ginza Ample. We ? the 2 for 1 deals, and I adore the spicy Salmon handrolls, and I always ask for avocado to be added. The quality and portion sizes are excellent, and the price is right. We moved 3 1/2hrs away from Toronto, and every time my hubby nips in and out of TO, he goes to Ginza Ample, nowhere else, for sushi. It's that good.Thank you for doing what you do, and the way you do it ?

Poor quality sushi. Stale rice, skimpy sauce. The older man there is rude. As other person have said when charging the debit credit machine they round up, cheaters.

Great take out sushi. You can buy from the shelf or they'll make your food fresh to order. The monster roll is a favourite.

I ordered off Uber eats the monster roll, the salmon sashimi sushi & roll combo, salmon avocado cream cheese rolls and the wasabi mayo. Was good and tasty packaged right. One star off since this combo didn’t come with a miso soup and salad like other combos do at other places. Will order again.

The $10.99 lunch special listed on their menu doesn’t exist anymore. It’s 2 rolls for 10.99 or 3 for 15$

Unfriendly waiter, rude and angry. Mediocre food, hard sushi rice, tasteless fish. Hot food came luke warm. Miso soup was tasty and hot. Ambiance was tired, unfresh, uninspiring. Won't visit that business again!

Thank you for specially preparing avocado and sweet potato rolls just for me while I shopped. I could hardly wait to get home to eat them, they were delicious. Thank you again for the special preparation.Vegetarian options: Yummy

*EDIT* I changed this to 1 star given the lack of accountability in the response below. I dont want to make a fuss about this at the cashier as its embarrassing and its not for me to fix. Based on this response it seems that management is well aware of this practice and condones this tax fraud. Maybe I'll report to the issue to the CRA. you only round up when paying by cash. Not by credit card. That's the LAW.*****************Food is good when fresh but deducting a couple of stars bc they round up for credit cards. If my bill is 11.38 and I'm paying by card, they legally should be entering 11.38 (done manually) and not 11.40. A few cents for hundreds of transactions daily, can rack up an extra grand for the business, illegally, over a year. Not impressed by this poor business practice!
