If I could give zero stars, I would. The owner of this restaurant is extremely rude, shows no accountability, and has no understanding of customer service.
I ordered isi ewu through Uber Eats, and what I received was disappointing — the plate was scanty, filled mostly with bones, and even missing some parts. When I called the restaurant to express my concern, the owner immediately cut me off and told me to go to Uber Eats for feedback instead of listening. His tone was dismissive and disrespectful.
This is not the first time I’ve ordered isi ewu from here and received a subpar portion. At the very least, the owner could have listened to my complaint and shown some concern, but instead, his rudeness made the experience even worse.
The owner seriously needs to take a class in customer service.
