This locations manager is an angel. She called me back because I had submitted a food feedback and the next day she told me to come back and get my same order free made the way I liked it to be.

This is the worst location to visit for KFC. Every location know the price deals but this location front lady ask for the number and let me grab the coupons and let me wait in the line again and she already telling her kind people to grab the deal while not asking coupon code form them. Racism at its peak.
Cleaniness was worst. Door handle and place look like they never cleaned their restaurant from ages

The lady taking our order at KFC was extremely ignorant and unprofessional. She seemed uninterested in helping us and had a rude attitude the entire time. Customer service is important, and experiences like this really make people not want to come back. KFC needs to find better, more respectful staff to work at the front. Would not come back.
Worst KFC ever. Staff is rude with terrible customer service, they look like bucket people who hate being there. Food isn't even properly done, and if you want macaroni with your combo guess what.. you gotta pay more! The one on Jane & Dundas is 1000 better.

Went to weston road it was pretty good and close to closing and my wife and I received 3 extra pieces of chicken

Store smells stale, floors are sticky, everything feels ran down. Usually KFC smells like fried chicken, we don’t have that here. Food was okay, at least it was hot when we ordered it.
Service is more of a tell them what you want to get out. No customer service was found.
