The most incredible staff at this location- and the most DISGUSTING management. They have their staff working in a building with no heat. 3 degrees inside. Awful for customers but horrible for employees. All day in unsafe conditions. Absolutely despicable.

Honestly, super friendly staff here and delicious KFC probably one of the better franchises in the GTA. These poor ladies must take a lot of slack sometimes with the clientele popping in of this location, but they are kind considerate and very patient. The owners of this franchise would be so lucky to have this staff in place for their location.

5 stars for this little place, it's small but has a nice parking triangle. The service was fast and for the first time forever a KFC gives me chicken that is NOT raw. It was delicious. This little place gives very good chicken. 5 stars for good food and fast service. I recommend.

Service was good, cashier looked happy to help and server customers. The food not so much, ordered some onion rings and they only gave 5 rings. Purchased from another location and they gave double the amount for the same order.

The chicken was very salty and even when you tell them you don't want breast they pack up your box with breasts, the language barrier is also a turn off, why not hire people who's first language is English? They also don't give forks or napkins like we are animals.

I can’t give 5 stars because the oil they’re frying the fries in tasted awful and I had to throw away my fries but other than that, the chicken was delicious almost like jamaica maybe it’s the Jamaican ladies influence in the store but the chicken is pretty decent for a Canadian KFC.
This locations manager is an angel. She called me back because I had submitted a food feedback and the next day she told me to come back and get my same order free made the way I liked it to be.
