It’s an amazing concept!! All the popular food chains in one store and you can order from more than one at a time!! Whoever came up with this idea is a genius. But this specific store is very clean and organized.

our server Cheddean was absolutely amazing she helped us with EVERYTHING we needed and even offered us a refund for our second order which didnt meet our expectations. service was wonderful and they handled everything amazingly!

I enjoy ordering from here. It can be a little pricey, but lots of choices to choose from.
Jashan was very helpful and approached us, to check and make sure we were ok.

This is my first time trying kitchen hub. I came across it by searching up wingstop.

Food: Was okay not what I'm used to from an Original wingstop but not the worst. Honestly, it was okay to fill my stomach but I wouldn't drive out of my way to come to this.

Service: Waited 10 min to find my order as it turns out they misplaced it in the pickup area as it was not in the box indicated. When we did locate it the top of the bag was ripped open. Everything was inside but felt violated that somehow someone ripped it open. I didn't question the food and it's integrity but the thoughts came to mind for sure.

Atmosphere: It was okay. Small seating area but honestly this is a grab and go primarily so it serves it's function.

Overall was satisfied with the food from a filling me up perspective but taste and atmosphere felt this was equivalent to something I have daily like a Tim Horton's or Mcdonalds. Didn't feel special like Wing stop usually does.

I like the concept of the Kitchen Hub. I like the options here as well. My only recommendation just order online closer to pickup as it was ready much quicker then online ordering estimated.

Larry was extra helpful. He managed to score me an order after my restaurant of choice was closing and gave me a tour while I waited. Amazing experience!

Staff is always super friendly and willing to help. For a place that is pretty minimal contact you’re able to get attentive service very quickly. Dining area is always kept neat tidy and fully stocked, bathrooms are also kept very clean.

Employees at this store are super super arrogant and lack the basic etiquette. They judge people with their look and behave accordingly. Would never step in here again, doesn’t matter how good food they make or whatever. Very very poor service.

Whoever came up with this idea was a genius! All these restaurants with a central ordering system was a hit out of the park for sure . I like being able to fill a groups dietary requests in one place and there is a nice sitting area to eat or wait upstairs with a monitor to show when your food is ready .

Clean and nice place

A big shout out to Cheddean and Larry for being so friendly, helpful and enthusiastic on our first visit to Kitchen Hub! We were looking for a place to eat and happen to stop by not knowing what type of food was served. There were so many choices on the menu from all different food chains - everything looked good. We had a delicious poke bowl and sushi platter (from Sushi Monkey) and would recommend the Kitchen Hub to everyone!
