Having tried their food truck, I decided to try out their store on O'Connor. We ordered two bowls, one pork belly and one fish bites. The food was top notch! Creative concept, big flavours and attention to detail. The sambal was home made, the nuoc cham was extra garlicky and the pork belly was tender perfection. They really pull off this seemingly odd combo of cuisines in every bite. For a take out spot, the food took a little while to come out but I can guarantee no time was wasted back there. Minor feedback would be that it would be nice to have seating for kids. I'll still be back soon.

Let me tell you, I'm usually not the one to leave a review as I just love to eat and to try new things. You either find amazing gems, average, or ones that cannot please the taste buds. I get that people with small businesses are just trying to make an honest living. I've worked in the industry before so I totally get the grind.Few days ago I was searching for food to try and I came across Los Vietnamita, a Vietnamese Mexican Fusion....Whattt!!! I saw the number of reviews with 5 stars despite one or two reviews with 1 star that didn't make any sense, they were just probably having a bad day or have no perception or knowledge about food.Anyhow, I decided to make the trip to their store from Mississauga yesterday and let me tell you, when you first walk into the the restaurant it looks amazing with an urban street vibe, you'll get it if you have read up about them. Upon walking in, you can also see the open kitchen and it was probably one of the cleanest kitchen I have ever seen!The menu was very interesting with many options to choose from. They have Banh Mi Tacos, Fries Supremes, Sammies, Rice Boxes and Snacks. I didn't event know what to try!The very friendly gentleman at the front was very helpful in providing me with recommendations. Service here was seriously top notch for a takeout shop. I decided to try the Banh Mi tacos accompanying it with a few combo fries supremes as it was highly recommended. I ordered the Saigon Fried Chicken, Crispy Fish, Carne Asada, Firecracker Shrimp and the Shaking Beef - Combo with Mexicano Fries, Carne Asada, and Al Pastor Fries. WELL LET ME TELL YOU THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Money well spent to be satisfied! Everything was fresh and so mouthwatering flavorful, every item had it's unique flavor, touch and cooked to perfection. And OMG the Fries were something else, it's nothing I've ever seen or had before. I just can't pinpoint which is my favorite but to say that they were all exceptionally above amazing. You just have to try it for yourself.Parking: Ample parking at the back of plaza. You can park on the street and infron of the store.

I got one taco for takeout. One taco. And it was $20. That includes $1.50 charge for a sauce on the side.Tips suggestions start at 20%. For take out.From the time I was handed my bag I started eating it within three or four minutes and it was already colder than room temp, almost fridge cold.This was a steak taco. Not even the steak had any warm to it at all. Also, I would say at least 30 -40% of the meat were pieces of fat and other stringy inedible parts.And the hot sauce that I paid $1.50 for was described as super hot, but it was milder than spicy mayo from a sushi restaurant.Do not waste your money. I strongly believe that even someone very new to cooking would be able to make the exact same thing if not better.

First time dining here we got a few different things to sample. Saigon fried chicken bites, birria tacos, firecracker shrimp taco and Carne asada fries. Everything was delicious, good portion sizes, great sauces and presentation. Would highly recommend.

Wow! Genuinely and happily impressed. The food is next level. Flavour is unmatched and you won't regret this.
This food was freaking fantastic, colourful, flavourful and like nothing I've had before. The fries were my favourite and the shrimp taco. The jumbo taco was a bit odd in size and I wish I stuck with the classic. Service was quick and classic counter service. The place to dine was where this lost a star... TWO standing tables. No chairs. Just two standing tables. This must be a nightmare when busy and was a little strange to stand (but maybe a nod to their food truck days?) I'd go back and probably get take out.

OMG, the LVT delivered the goods! I don't know how they can smother fries with all that goodness and still taste crispy! Everything was so flavourful! I am a repeat customer and will continue to order this Vietnamese Mexican fusion goodness for many years to come!
