The ice cream was sour, my son got sick after having the ice cream. PLEASE DO NOT GET THIS TRUCK!!! The server was rude too.

We had called 2 months ago to book the truck for our 1 year olds birthday at 1pm. These guys call us 2 days before and say they can only stay for 30 mins and it’s our fault because we didn’t let them know what time our event was at.

We were disappointed. We had called in months earlier and shared the 1-4 timing and aimed for 70 treats. The owner, Eddy said we would personally come and fix the situation. On the day of the party all he did was make the situation worse.

After 30 mins he told us it was time for him to go, after only serving 20 or so treats, but wanted us to pay $300. The ice cream man is supposed to bring smiles to kids faces and his tone and attitude was incredibly aggressive.

Throughout and after the party I had multiple guests and neighbours ask me what was going on with the “ice cream man”. Why was he shouting and angry. Afterwards guests shared pictures of their kids in front of the ice cream truck with sourpuss eddy and his angry faces 🤣.

I told him we’re not paying full price and that he’s free to go if he’s not honouring his end of the deal. Eventually he offered a discounted price and then had the audacity to ask for a $50 tip!

Eddy you need to try some of your ice cream and cool down. Very disappointed and I have asked my guests to share their experience.

Reading some of the older reviews we should have seen this coming. A lot of disappointed kids parties and reviews shared their rude experience

If I could give them less than 1 star I would!
Scheduled for a 1.5hr business event . Arrived late, rude and miserable server, poor quality ice cream served and worst of all, they OVER charged dramatically. Afterwards added “extra charges” that were initially never mentioned and indicated that quite a bit more was served than we believed to be. They are super sketchy and absolutely do NOT recommend that anyone book their services

We had a work event and hired this company to provide the icecream
First of all he was late
Second extremely rude on the phone and in person
When I approached the truck with clients and asked about the selection he was almost irritated.
Its pouring rain today and there was know way he served as much ice cream as he was claiming !
Scammers. Dont hire them.

Would give this 0 stars if I could. Extremely rude service, rushed experience.

Did not give people time to decide on what to choose instead the guy is aggressive and rushes people to order.

If you eat this mid ice cream, enjoy your bubble guts.

You would think an ice cream truck would bring an uplifting and positive feeling... We booked him for 1 hour for a corporate event, from the moment he came it felt like he was in a rush.

The service was extremely rude.

You would think an ice cream truck would bring positivity and uplift it's customers.. This ice truck brought negativity and made me sad.

The chocolate ice cream tasted a little sour. I still ate it though.

Showed up 30 minutes late, didn't have everything on the menu as advertised, and yelled at me on the phone when I called to talk about the issues. Otherwise, the ice cream was good and my guests were happy but I wouldn't hire them again.

Healthy Icecream

To begin with a positive: the product is excellent. Delicious ice cream - the milkshake I had was awesome and our guests all expressed that they liked the variety of ice creams served.Customer service is what lets this business down and it is extreme in its deficits. We were having a corporate summer party and hired the truck to serve our employees and their families. The service was so rude it was shocking. the most egregious being threats to leave the party unless we paid remaining balance on credit card although an alternative payment structure had been agreed upon and the deposit had been paid. Then threats to leave if we didn't pay more money, claiming that we had reached the limit of what was on our invoice. We ended up paying on the spot for an additional 50 servings, but when I did the reconciliation after the event, we had an estimated attendance of 120 people and had pre-paid for 190 and ended up paying for a total of 240 servings of ice cream. Perhaps every single person had two ice creams, but I think it is unlikely. And unfortunately, the way the owner and the truck operator behaved on the day makes me mistrust them as business people.
