Great selection of hot sandwiches, however not the greatest service ever. Especially from the older, short blonde lady doing sandwiches. She rolled her eyes because I asked for bacon well done, and can't even make eye contact to say thank you while basically throwing your sandwich in front of your face. This was on December 18 at 12:30pm.
It's fine if you don't speak English as I feel many of the workers don't, however, you should know the first things about customer service. I've never received over the top friendly service here so I only come once in a while.

The sandwich was really nice, fresh, flavorful, and satisfying and for just ten bucks, it honestly doesn’t get much better than that. The coffee was great as well something I’d come back for. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the almond tart; the egg flavor was a bit too noticeable for my taste. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making the visit feel welcoming and well taken care of. Overall, a solid spot with good food, great service, and excellent value.

The chicken sandwich at the Rogers road location goes hard! Without doubt the best Nova Era outpost. Sometimes fighting through the lottery line to pay is frustrating but TBH it's a vibe and I don't hate it.

We got a carrot cake and a vanilla Napolitan and it was not fresh at all. The carrot cake was so stale that it crunched when you took a bite. The vanilla one was imposible to eat with a fork. We had to grab it like a sandwich to eat it. Still had nice flavour. Coffee was good.

Hi, I really like this bakery. I like the atmosphere. I think the place is really nice and I wanted to give it a review because the service was really good. I like how the lady offered us a free cake because my mom she dropped the cake and then the lady in the coffee shop Gave us a free.flan And I think what I liked about that was This lady had a good gesture and yeah, I feel like I like the pastries there I especially order the chocolate cake which is really amazing. I always order the slice of chocolate cake and it’s really incredible Very fluffy and creamy and very full of really nice chocolate and Very inspiring by the movie of Matilda And I’ve tried some of my mom‘s delicious egg pudding or flan and it was really sweet and yummy. It reminded me of home and yeah, I mean the ladies who served the desserts. The employees were really sweet and I really enjoyed the coffee and the atmosphere was really nice. It’s really calm and aesthetic and pleasing and welcoming I feel like the atmosphere is very quiet. There’s not a lot of people when we go. There’s always like a few people like maybe five or six including us

BEWARE! Today I ordered buns when I got home they were hard and clearly from a day or two ago. They think customers won't notice but is impossible not to. GARBAGE!!
Excellent service, the espresso is delicious, and their bakery is exquisite, 100 percent recommended, the customer service was very good.

The fresh croissant's made daily are worth the wait in the morning when all the construction guys are drinking their expresso !!!!! ... Naaah the service is quick and friendly !! Don't forget to leave a tip for the hard working ladies there !!!!

Ok. Hands down BEST Pasteis de Nata that I’ve found in the entire GTA. Thin, crispy crust that has a crunch heads above all others. You gotta try it. Also reheats extremely well the next day if needed with a cappucino.
