Macaroni salad, chicken + rice had zero flavour, even with gravy on it…everything was bland overall. Went last week, unpleasant experience, the individual taking orders looked like she didn’t want to be there and was rude…I didn’t even get a “what can I get you” she just rudely stared in my face until I spoke lol? + many items sold out in the early afternoon, which I didn't understand and it was clear they did not plan on replenishing it. Will never be returning :)

FEMALES BEWARE! First of all , The service here is disgusting if you are a woman. The store is always filled with men and the lady behind the counter only cares to cater them! If you are a female the lady wont even acknowledge you, worst if she doesn’t recognize your face as a regular. When ordering its extremely unorganized, one of the guys that was already in the place when I came had to inform the lady that I needed to order even after she looked me in my face! Its clear to see that the lady serving doesn’t want females in her establishment.

Not sure if it’s cause I went on a Tuesday, but the food was mid at best. Lacked seasoning and salt. Had the curry goat and fried chicken. Not worth it and the area and parking lot is sketchy. They also have a tall man in there going from the seating to the back chatting the female customers. Turned off completely

The food is really good will definitely recommend. However, the pricing is off. Ordered a meal ( curry goat, bbq chicken and macaroni salad) NO rice..and the lady at the front said she has to charge me $3.50 extra since i needed no rice. Ended up paying $17.50 for just ( 1 spoon of curry goat, half of a leg thigh and mac salad).

Just recently went there two weeks ago actually have gone back twice and I’m going back today. food is delicious jerk chicken is nice and spicy. Just the way I like it. People are really nice there. Definitely recommend it.

Congrats on the new signage, but it would be even better if they had an actual menu and learned some customer service.
In my previous attempts to get takeout here, I was treated terribly, despite greeting them politely and not doing or saying anything that could cause conflict.
There’s no visible menu or price list, which makes me question if customers are being charged inconsistently. While the food was decent, it’s not worth dealing with that attitude and mystery prices.
A nice family owned place. No gimmicks, just straight up home cook flavor.

My review is only based on the Sunday service where they were serving only fried fish (@ back of restaurant) Furst time I was there based on raving reviews of their food. The cost of my order was $30 for a smallish fish, handful of macaroni salad 1 over fries festival and a small piece of breadfruit, I repeat, for the cost of $30. They more than made their money back. Very disappointing! Kmt! The fish tasted good, the baby size breadfruit, good, festival over fried and crunchy. I didn’t eat the mac salad. I mean that plate should have had 3 breadfruit 2 festival and a healthy serving of Mac salad for an adult. The serving alone would make me never go back but I will try other foods one day and will let you know.
