Food quality is good, shawarma tastes nice.
But the customer service is very poor. The girl working there does not know how to talk to customers. No welcome, no hi/hello, and she talks with a rude face.
Good food alone is not enough — staff behaviour also matters. Management should train their staff on basic customer service.

It's a nice place with friendly and warm people. The service is quick and I also had a chance to go there yesterday for National Shawarma day and got a chicken wrap for 5 Cad. They were well prepared with additional staff and the wait time was not too long. 😊✨️

They stole my money and didn't allow and said they cancel all Uber order when arrived and even when order said it was likely ready well I told them and chose to ignore me and I get it really busy there but if you guys weren't order then why not turn off your featured I used to like going to there location since it a bit closer and friendlier but now I won't because they took my money and Uber didn't give me my refund

I’m not one to write a review often as I don’t like to ridicule a place for one bad experience. However, my first experience today was quite a mess. First thing to note is that the day I ordered was the shawarma day promotion which I will account does cause a lot of mayhem. I decided to do an order through the app and it said my food would be done in an hour which I said was fine. After that, things got complicated when I arrived 2 minutes early to pick up, the counter was bombarded with uber drivers and bags of food waiting to be picked up. I decided to wait for it to clear up to go and ask if my order was ready in which I provided the name for the order and showed the mobile app confirmation and I was told “we will make it”. So I thought I just had to wait a little longer than the pickup time, not a problem. It was very clear that they were under a lot of pressure so I didn’t want to cause confusion so I waited, but after 30 minutes on top of the 1 hour pick up time I was starting to get a little disappointed. I will say part of the blame is on the mobile app as the order status never updates unless the app is restarted. However, when I asked again they said my order was completed in the system, but I never got my food and was patiently waiting in the same spot for 20 more minutes thinking they were still making it. The employee I asked at first ended up accusing me of already having my food as she said she recognized my face and thought I was waiting to try and steal another order which makes no sense, why would I be such a low life to waste more than an hour of my life in a hectic restaurant to try and steal $25 worth of rice and chicken? I tried to explain I never received my food and I was waiting the whole time. They also were checking everyone’s phones to see if they grabbed the correct order so either my food was stolen, given to the wrong person or vanished. I kept my composure not trying to stress out the employees any further given their current situation and asked what I needed to do. They ended up just remaking my order quickly which I expressed my appreciation and apologized for any sort of confusions despite it being out of my control. In conclusion, I want to note that I do not claim this place is terrible and you should never come. Half of the blame is on the app which I know is not the restaurants fault. The food is fine nothing to complain about, the employees were trying their best through all the chaos, but there needs to be better organization for this promotion in the future and maybe I was just unlucky.

The worst Osmows location.
I got my food after 3 hours today, that too after literally requesting the staff.
Their strategy to tackle shawarma day was to ignore any Osmows app orders and only make in-store and Uber Eats Orders.
The guy who works there literally yelled at the customers to cancel their orders.
All the current employees literally stopped talking to people and became rude.
If you can't handle then don't accept orders.
Well now they will bave all the time in the world cause people won't be visiting anytime soon.
Never going to visit this location.
What a bad reputation for the Osmows franchise.

Meet Tiwari

I went yesterday and after ordering 3 falafel wrap box I went home. I started eating salad there was a DEAD FLY in it. We had to throw everything but I kept the fly box to show it in the store.
I went there to complain and the person working there gave me refund of just one box saying it’s $50 sir, we can’t give full refund.
I think city needs to do a health and safety inspection. I was vegan!
