I’ve been a regular customer of Osmow’s, and my go-to order is always Chicken on the Rocks. Unfortunately, at this particular location, the portion of chicken is far below what I’ve experienced at other Osmow’s stores. For a regular size, they give barely one scoop of chicken, while other locations consistently provide two. Even when ordering a large, the chicken quantity here is about the same as a regular at other branches.
This feels unfair to customers and gives the impression of cutting corners. Either the staff needs proper training on portion standards, or the owner is deliberately reducing portions to save costs. In either case, it’s disappointing for loyal customers like me.
I will definitely be writing to Osmow’s corporate office about this store to make them aware of the issue.
