We were so happy when we found out that this Pai location was in our neighbourhood and it has now become a staple. We don't notice a difference from the downtown and Eglinton locations - it's the exact same quality and portion sizes. We also love that they are so accommodating about substitutions and making items gluten free. Never a bad meal here!

I ordered food for takeout yesterday with Thai Iced tea that comes in a plastic bottle for takeout. I got home without checking it and when I opened it,bottle bursted, it smelt sour, was heavy cream consistency and was just spoiled. I tried it and thrown it out right away. My stomach was hurting for the rest of the day and I honestly couldn’t eat rest of the food because I was disappointed. Selling spoiled food is not acceptable! Bottle did not have expiry or production date at all so I’m not even sure how they check if tea is fresh.

Was so happy to find pai at this kitchen hub which is much closer than downtown.Ordered once so far, and I was very pleased to find it consistent with the actual location downtown.Because we got it off Uber eats I cannot comment on the service or atmosphere. But will update review should we do a pickup one day.

Terrible service on Uber Eats. They cancelled my order but called to say it was a “tech issue” and asked me to reorder so they could complete it. Turns out the food wasn’t ready and they had manipulatively cancelled under a false pretence so they could have another hour to prepare my food. And then 45 minutes later they cancelled a second time! Avoid ordering delivery from this restaurant.

The food was really tasty (in particular, the vegetarian spring rolls dipped in the accompanying sauce, and the pad thai) but the service from Larry was exceptional. Not only was he extremely friendly and personable, but he went above and beyond to cater to us and ensure we were comfortable and had a good experience. Will definitely come here again after being treated so well by Larry!
