Staff don’t take the garlic skins off before cooking. I’ve ordered several meals, and they all have garlic skins in them - which are not edible! I initially thought it was plastic of some kind until my partner noticed it was garlic skin. We’ve informed the restaurant via door dash but with no result.

I’ve tried other dishes, and it’s the same. So I’ll just stop ordering because it’s gross and unpleasant - I don’t want to pick through my food or spit it out because staff don't peel garlic properly.

Flavour is good, but not worth it if food is not prepared properly.

Used to order a lot but they removed the option to add written directions on Ubereats and cannot advise kitchen of allergies anymore.

Amazing food, especially the Khao soi and pad thai! Larry's service was excellent. Highly recommended!

Just found out my favourite Thai restaurant is just around the corner from me. Must try the Khao Soi with beef, so authentic. Our meal was delicious

We were so happy when we found out that this Pai location was in our neighbourhood and it has now become a staple. We don't notice a difference from the downtown and Eglinton locations - it's the exact same quality and portion sizes. We also love that they are so accommodating about substitutions and making items gluten free. Never a bad meal here!

I ordered food for takeout yesterday with Thai Iced tea that comes in a plastic bottle for takeout. I got home without checking it and when I opened it,bottle bursted, it smelt sour, was heavy cream consistency and was just spoiled. I tried it and thrown it out right away. My stomach was hurting for the rest of the day and I honestly couldn’t eat rest of the food because I was disappointed. Selling spoiled food is not acceptable! Bottle did not have expiry or production date at all so I’m not even sure how they check if tea is fresh.

Was so happy to find pai at this kitchen hub which is much closer than downtown.Ordered once so far, and I was very pleased to find it consistent with the actual location downtown.Because we got it off Uber eats I cannot comment on the service or atmosphere. But will update review should we do a pickup one day.
