I was wary of numerous five-star reviews, but Pho Long Son met all expectations. The positive attitude from the staff radiates. You can feel it the moment you step in. The portion is huge, tasty, fresh and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

The best pork vermicelli I’ve ever had- so fresh, quality ingredients, perfectly barbecued pork, and very generous portion. Spring rolls were super crispy and flavourful. Also, extremely friendly! Worth travelling out of the way to dine in or takeout. Highly recommend!

TLDR: Fantastic food, authentic flavours, massive portions, and exceptional customer service.5* flavour5+* for price5* for serviceWe’ve been to 30+ Viet restaurants and this is by far the best thus far.We had the pho - which had clean broth, more beefy, less sweet, less star anise notes, but full bodied and flavourful. It tasted as though the broth had been cooked properly by allowing time for the spices to be infused. The meat portions were large, and we had to take left overs at home.We also ordered the bun bo hue which was fantastic. Again, very flavourful, mild in terms of heat, huge flavour from the ?shrimp paste and simmered broth, and extremely generous portions. You know it’s legit as they even had the blood cubes in the mix. I’ll be returning many times for this.The spring rolls and fresh rolls were fantastic. By far our most favourite fresh rolls to date.Finally we ordered #39 the rice with grilled pork, chicken, and egg meatloaf. We had a whole pork chop and again, generous portions of the other meats. The grilled meat is fantastic and that charcoal flavour cannot be matched.Do yourself a favour and check this place out. We live in the danforth but will frequent this place because it is fantastic.

This place well deserves 5 stars. I’ve so far only tried the Pho but it’s delicious; everything is so fresh and comes individually wrapped with care. The woman who answered the phone is so incredibly friendly and polite, and even delivered the food herself as the driver was out a ways away. Excellent experience - this will definitely be a regular in my rotation and I can’t wait to try their other dishes. Highly recommend!

So happy to find Pho Long Son! Partner and I recently moved to the area and were on the search for the best pho place - this is it! :)We ordered the house special pho as well as the vermicelli with grilled pork and a spring roll. We love the pho broth but the vermicelli is the true standout item! Pork is grilled beautifully and has a great charred flavour, spring roll is always super crunchy and hot, includes the largest variety of herbs I've seen...finally, the "fish" sauce is fantastic and so unique.Only tiny issue was tendon included with pho can sometimes be a bit difficult to chew. Portions are also very generous for the very reasonable price.However, another reason we will be coming back (way too often) are the staff. Always so kind and attentive, even offering us a top up of fish sauce during the meal - I like my vermicelli saucy so this was a huge surprise and so appreciated. Staff also explained their recipe for the sauce to us and even offered to pack a small container for our take out portion.We would also like to thank the staff for continually letting us change our seat to the table next to the window, we love to bathe in the sun.Highly recommend that anyone visits this restaurant! We are excited to become regulars and try new dishes.

We have gone to this place 5 times, and have tried: pho, bun rieu, bun bo hue, bun mam, broken rice, vermicelli, spring rolls, che (viet dessert- not sure if they always have this on the menu, but if you see it, you have to get it). They offer a great variety of food, with authentic flavours.Prices: you will not find prices better than thisQuality: fresh, authentic flavours - bun mam has all the ingredients that you can expect if u flew to vietnam to have a bowl. Rice, they use broken rice which other restaurants have gotten away from due to cost(?), But this place has managed to offer it at a reasonable price. If you haven't had broken rice, you need to try itQuantity: big portions, you will not be disappointedService: 15/10, we had a big order, and the lady helped us bring it to our car without hesitation. These people are so niceThey truly love their business, and the difference between this Vietnamese restaurant compared to others is in the details. When you order their pho with rare beef to go, they place their rare beef in a separate bag on ice so that if remains cool and fresh when you get home. Their garnishes that come with their noodles is not just bean sprouts , but a variety of fresh basil, mint, Bean sprout, fresh chopped hot chili peppers, cabbage, overall a very delicious experience even when enjoyed at home.I cannot say enough good things about this place, but we will be coming back very regularly.
