This location has raised my standard for all other Pizza Nova locations. One young gentleman in particular, takes customer service to a whole other level. I wouldn’t say I’m a frequent customer, but my friends and I come in about one a month and order the same thing. This particular employee not only remembers our order, but once upon entering the pizzeria he noticed they were out of it. He immediately took a slice of cheese and started building my honey zinger. At this point we don’t even come back for the pizza, we just go there to experience that reoccurring feeling of being valued. Thank you!

I like this place. I've ordered delivery from here many times over the years, and can't ever remember them screwing up an order or delivering a bad pizza. Same with pick up orders, never a bad experience with them.
The staff are always friendly and polite in my experience, and delivery is quick too. Hard to go wrong ordering from this place.

Excellent customer service, I have gone to many Pizza Nova with a gift card (that shows it has a balance) and all of them did not know how to make it work. But this location the staff knew what to do and keyed it in manually. That’s good staffing!Pizza wise, extra sauce could just use just a little more sauce. But quality is there.

I am a regular customer ordering from my app from this store (577 Rogers, at least twice a week or more). Call my hubby Michael Angelo from Ninja turtles lol…. I absolutely love the delivery drivers and cooks! They know exactly what we enjoy when making our wings and pizza. Always comes precisely as ordered, well done pizza n wings and hot . Oh my god the pizza was so bad today!!! It was dry, it felt like it was reheated, barely any sauce, the dough was dry and hard?!?!? it was horrible…
Ordered a pizza through door dash but immediately went to cancel it. Door dash normally handles the cancelation, but they say pizza nova handles their own deliveries so you cant cancel through the app and they refer you to the store. I call the store they tell me they cant cancel it and to do it through the app. I explain the app tells me to talk to them. they say there is nothing they can do. They never even sent the pizza. This is an ungodly level of poor service. This is a colossally poorly run system. I will never go to any pizza nova ever again.

Super rude staff and unclean pizza! Also customer service did not care about our case after we said we didn’t feel well after eating here.. they said to get a doctor’s note. What kind of company is this? I’ve worked in the food industry and any time someone didn’t like their food we would refund it immediately. Disgusting food and service.
