This location has raised my standard for all other Pizza Nova locations. One young gentleman in particular, takes customer service to a whole other level. I wouldn’t say I’m a frequent customer, but my friends and I come in about one a month and order the same thing. This particular employee not only remembers our order, but once upon entering the pizzeria he noticed they were out of it. He immediately took a slice of cheese and started building my honey zinger. At this point we don’t even come back for the pizza, we just go there to experience that reoccurring feeling of being valued. Thank you!

I like this place. I've ordered delivery from here many times over the years, and can't ever remember them screwing up an order or delivering a bad pizza. Same with pick up orders, never a bad experience with them.
The staff are always friendly and polite in my experience, and delivery is quick too. Hard to go wrong ordering from this place.

Excellent customer service, I have gone to many Pizza Nova with a gift card (that shows it has a balance) and all of them did not know how to make it work. But this location the staff knew what to do and keyed it in manually. That’s good staffing!Pizza wise, extra sauce could just use just a little more sauce. But quality is there.
