Not a great experience overall. The delivery took over an hour after being told 40 minutes. Three of the four pizzas were correct and everyone enjoyed them. The fourth was supposed to be a vegan pizza, but what came was bacon, sausage, and pepperoni. As a result, several guests were left waiting while everyone else ate. We called and they sent the correct pizza, but it also arrived later than we were told it would. The photo attached is what arrived - a very sloppy mess. The delivery driver was on his phone when I answered the door and barely acknowledged me.
So, lots of little issues. The wrong item being delivered is not the first time this has happened. Overall quality has deteriorated significantly over the last few years. Like I said, everyone enjoyed the first few pizzas to arrive, so it’s not all bad. But buyer beware, especially if you’re ordering from the vegan menu; every issue I’ve ever had has been an order from it.

Asked for thin crust and extra sauce . Was charged for a side of marinara. Pizza was not thin crust and no extra sauce. The location was under Reno paint smell everywhere. Get your stuff together.

I had an amazing experience at Pizzaiolo! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure my order was perfect, even offering helpful suggestions when I was undecided. The pizza itself was delicious—crispy crust, fresh toppings, and perfectly melted cheese. But what really stood out was the customer service. The team was attentive, quick, and genuinely seemed to care about my dining experience. It’s not often you find a place that nails both the food and the service. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to all my friends!

Today I went to Pizzaiolo for the first time and it was the best pizza I’ve ever had. I’ve tried every other pizza store but this one was different. Their creative toppings were delicious, same goes with the crust on the pizza. It's a must-try for any pizza lover!

I’ve been ordering from this place for over 10 years, today will be the last, I was treated poorly by the person on the phone continuously during the conversation. I ordered a two topping pizza, and the onions were pretty thick, and quite a lot all over the pizza. It ruined the taste, so I decided to let them know to ensure for next time that it doesn’t happen. Well the person on the phone advised this is how they do it, and if I want less to let them know cause this is the way they’ve done it for 10 years, and that they have so much money, they can put as much onions as they want. Obviously I wasn’t taken seriously, so I let them know I wasn’t looking for a free pizza, just wanted to let them know for next time. Anyways no apology, rude behaviour and not taken seriously is enough for me to find another place…
