Disgusting that a restaurant with seating won’t let customers use the washroom. I was told it was “out of order,” but it’s clearly just permanently closed off, which is illegal in Toronto. If you have indoor seating, you’re required by law to provide a working restroom. Don’t bother coming here unless you’re okay eating in a place that disrespects customers and breaks basic health codes. I’ve reported them to Public Health.
Well played Popeyes, well played (slow clap enabled). So I ordered a meal and upgraded all my pieces chicken to breast. We get home, open the box and something is off. The bone portion is large, but the pieces are pretty flat. For breast that’s odd. Start eating and realize there really is not much chicken on these breats…like seriously a few fork fulls. Eat another one and I’m barely getting any meat, it’s just bone and batter. Realize on the last piece what this specific restaurant is doing….they are cutting the breast meat off the breast and giving me bone with a little bit of chicken stuck to it. That’s why the pieces are long and flat. I’ve ordered breasts from other locations and you actually get a nice large breast with a good amount of meat. This location is 100% cutting the meat off the breast before batter and cooking. Maybe making tenders out of the top meaty part they are removing? Unfortunately we realized this on our last piece and didn’t take a picture as we were pretty disappointed. I’m going to Churches down the street next time….every time. These guys sure are cleaver, I’ll give them that.

I was picking up order at 3:13am for popeyes customers and they denied washroom access what if person has medical condition and you denied washroom access i hope next time you get emergency and you will not get washroom access then i see how you react You want your restaurant orders to be delivered but no access to washroom to delivery person its law by ontario govt i will complaint also regarding this
