Having been here for five weeks I can report that the WiFi here is incredibly slow up until 10pm or so . Ookla speed test tonight at 7pm showed a download speed of 0.26 Mbps and an upload speed of 8Mbps. This is incredibly slow. Come on IT department put a few more resources into your house Wi Fi. All the people working in the ward also complain about the WiFi speed. I tested Sunnybrooke Hospital WiFi at 220Mbps download with a worst case of 12Mbps at 6pm. This is acceptable. West Park WiFi as it stands is not.

Staff is rude and the prices are too high
Staff are rude and frequently ignore waiting patrons. Unless you're staff there, expect crappy service. Food is mediocre and over priced.
