Service was friendly right from when I walked in. I got a breakfast sandwich, a few bagels and a cookie (only thing I wouldn’t repurchase) to go—everything else was delicious. I’d definitely return next time I’m in the area

I’ve tried many bagel places, and nothing compares to this one. The food is always amazing, but what really sets it apart is the staff. Everyone here is genuinely kind, helpful, and welcoming. They’re happy to give recommendations and always have such a calm, positive attitude. So many bagel places I’ve been to seriously lack good customer service, but this place does the complete opposite. It’s something I truly appreciate. I live an hour away and still make the drive because it’s that good. The food, the employees, and the overall experience make it 100% worth the wait every time.

This location is so convenient. Great atmosphere. Quick and efficient. Really cares for their customers old and new and goes out their way. I had a gift card not realizing that you would have to order online, the gentleman told me he would take care of it and not to worry. Like wow! We live in crazy times right now and there are people like this who understand and helps in any way possible.

Ordered bagels for pickup. Maybe I'm just biased towards gryfes whose bagels are fresh and soft and slightly warm but at primrose they were cold at 7am 😢 also harder than gryfes but maybe that's the way the bagel is 🤷

Been wanting to try the bagels here for a while now and finally managed to get there for my birthday brunch - SOOO happy I did! The vibes of the inside were so cute and the staff were lovely but those bagels wow. Somehow I think we got lucky as I know it can get quite busy but we got there around 12:45 pm on a Friday and there wasn’t too much of a line and we were able to sit and eat there with no issues. I got the “del Boca vista” on an everything bagel and added herb garlic cream cheese and it was perfect… the egg was fresh and steaming with the rest of the bagel somehow not getting too warm - it all came together just right and was genuinely one of the best bagel sandwiches I’ve ever had in my life, simple and delicious. My partner got the bagel buster sandwich on an everything bagel and said it was one of the best bagel sandwiches they’ve ever had as well. We bought an assorted half dozen bagels for home and they freeze/toast perfectly. We will absolutely be back and can’t wait to try more.

Their chicken club and Lox & Sas are so good. The lower east side was alright. But love the texture of their tuna salad because you bite down on whole grains of mustard. The team is delightful as always!

The bagels are great at this establishment. I had the Sesame and onion bagel both are fantastic. Even at the counter Stephen was serving everyone quickly and friendly. Don't just get here run to get here !

We have been to Primrose a couple of times and have always gotten the best service. The bagels are amazing (love the tuna fish and lox and sas specifically), and the service is so great. The man at the front makes my experience the absolute best every time. He is thoughtful, incredibly kind, and always makes us feel so special. Today I had a laugh with him and told him every time I come in for the jalapeno bagel it’s never in (kindly), and he gave us the best treatment! I can’t wait for it to be on the menu, and to come back again. We have brought so many of our friends and family here and love the bagels! :) Thank you for your kindness.

This place has a great classic vibe that really invites the customer in and makes them want to spend their entire day there with a whole bunch of coffee. It goes without saying that everything these days is expensive, but Primrose's will give you a damn good product that you'll forget you even overspent.
