I love Raps, the food always tasty. What I don’t understand is how a small fried chicken meal (rice +side) is $12, and a side 1 piece of fried chicken is also $12… that doesn’t seem right to me.
The food is not disappointing, especially if you can eat it right away when it’s hot and just removed from the smoker. However, the dining space's atmosphere and ventilation make it uncomfortable to sit in. The Jerk chicken is good and portions are enormous, but it could be more flavourful, particularly the coleslaw and the rice.
Delicious food and friendly service. The leftovers made my car smell great on the way home.
Also, thank you to the nice ladies who let us pay with a ripped $20 bill even after giving us a hard time about it.
