The staff and service was ok, but the food is horrible! The lettuce is brown and soggy, and the spinach is soggy as well, the cucumbers looked like they have been sitting there for days, gross. Also when I wanted a reciept the employee said the machine was broken so he had to write one out...like seriously fix this place...public health will be called.

It's a bummer that they don't honour the prices on the coupons that get mailed out (though they do give a lesser discount). Most of my complaints are about Subway corporate, which has gotten drastically worse the last few years, and not this specific location.

If considering this, strongly recommend you go down the street to Mr Sub instead. It's cheaper, the portions are better, the food is better quality, it's a Canadian owned company, and the store is less dank and dark. Plus the new subway menu is unnecessarily confusing.

Don't be discouraged to buy from this location, regardless of the negative reviews. I always send my (teenage) sons to this location to buy their lunch or dinner as we live nearby and they've never had an issue with the employees. They give respect and they are respected back. Plus our sandwiches are always made well.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY. THE WORST. The customer service is completely terrible. I asked to a ham and cheese sub she puts 5 pieces of hand and 4 cheese when I ask her for more she tells me I have to pay extra. . The lettuce is brown and I ask for fresh lettuce and she tells me this is fresh I know for a fact lettuce is not brown. i ended up leaving!!! Why would i or should I pay full price for half the food. All this while she’s on the phone on her AirPods.

Went in to purchase dinner went to use the washroom they would not allow me said the washrooms are closed and they had blocked them off completely. They inflate their prices in comparison to other locations. The staff very rude. Would never every go back. COVID is done you know that right! All restaurant have opened to paying customer's. Take your business to restaurants that appreciate your money.
