Called in to place a pick up & was placed on hold for about 10 minutes. The phone was put down & I could hear everything in the background - including them taking another pickup order for someone who called after me. Finally hung up and had my sister call on her phone in which the were able to get her order right away. How does that make sense?

I have been ordering since they open, the food has always been good and the prices reasonable. But after the pandemic the prices increased but the portions have gotten alot smaller. I ordered a salmon bento box and half of the salmon was served. The complimentary soup was also reduced. Stop reducing your portion how much smaller can you get!

Food was alright. They had to go orders stacked at the counter while we were all standing around waiting to pay and leave. All because they were too busy tending to the dine in customers. If you're offering takeout, have substantial staff to accommodate, especially when you have such a small establishment. Not knocking the size of the place. It's quite cozy, but they don't manage the orders well enough to properly accomodate everyone
