Last Sunday I tried the food from The great Maratha . It was an incredible experience the flavours were rich, perfectly balanced, and every bite was a delight. The vada pav stood out it was fresh, beautifully seasoned, and cooked to perfection. I also tried pavbhaji, Okra fries and misalpav. The presentation was top notch, showing great attention to detail, and the portion sizes were generous. A huge thank you to the team at the great Maratha for making this such a memorable evening. I can't wait to return and explore. More of the menu. šonce again thankyou so much.

The Great Maratha is a perfect place for lovers of authentic Indian cuisine.The cozy ambiance and attentive service only enhances the experience. My personal favourite is goat on their menu. Cooked to perfection maintaining very balanced flavours and aromas. Must try place!!!

Glad to have stumbled upon this hidden gem. The food is authentic and delicious. Our favorite was the goat curry. So so flavorful. Well done. The great maratha platter was also good. We enjoyed the fish and chicken tikka. The garlic naan was fresh, soft and perfectly fluffy. Wish it were a bit bigger though especially at almost $5 each. But flavor makes up for it. Service is friendly and efficient. Definately will return to try more.

Always a little hesitant go try Indian restaurants near york because they always disappoint, but tried their chicken biryani and have to say was pleasantly surprised and quite satisfied with the flavours. Totally devoured it and would order again.

We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was below average, with cold Paneer Kadhai sabji that had an odd taste. Service was lacking; we waited too long for water refills and our server seemed more interested in chatting with colleagues than attending to us. When we finally asked for the bill, and server brought only paper bill and we had to wait again while she finished her conversation before bringing the payment machine. Overall, it was not a pleasant dining experience, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The food is simply outstandingāI especially loved their subji and naan, both of which were flavorful and perfectly prepared. The service was top-notch, with the staff being attentive and friendly, making the dining experience even better. This restaurant truly excels in all areasāgreat food, great service, and an overall fantastic atmosphere. If youāre looking for authentic Indian cuisine, this place is a must-visit. I went specifically to grab some puran polis, and they were tasty and soft, with excellent fillings.
My go to place for Indian food. I am from Pune, Maharashtra and I can say it with confidence that the food here is as good as food back home. The Naan here is mind blowing!!! Gravies are very very tasty and all the side dishes are very authentic. Too bad I couldnāt click enough pictures but this place deserves two 5 start reviews anyway so next time I will ?ā¤ļø
