Great Tasting Jamaican Food with very fair prices and plentiful portions! Highly Recommend! Had Oxtail, Jerk Chicken and BBQ Chicken Meals. Tasty Rice, with delicious Oxyail Sauce, and Tasty Coleslaw not too overloaded with Mayonnaise like usually. Jerk chicken tasty and a little spicy but not too much. Highly recommend 👌

I called the restaurant on Sunday Sept 28th @12:20pm to order fry chicken. I am a regular customer, I always order large quantities for lunches and events and pay by etransfer to Chris@live email address. Now, the female that answered the phone today was very RUDE...she told me I cannot order over the phone, I asked her why and since when, I told her I always order over the phone. She was short tempered hangup the phone on me...now this is why Black businesses sometimes suffer because our people are rude, and have no customer service skill. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE... Thank you Ocean Grill restaurant on Dufferin and Spotlight on Queens Plate Drive for how you treat your customers with respect.

I went on Tuesday night with my friend. The server was rude. Didn't answer my question. Only when my friend spoke. Customer service is 0. Also the barbecue chicken was not fresh. It was soft like its been reheated all day

I visited this spot today for the first time eager to try their food at approximately 2:30 and I went with my service dog. One of the workers that has no pigment in the face and also has a mole on her face decides to tell me that dogs are not allowed, so I inquired about service dogs and if they are allowed and everyone went quiet but her she decides to say “everyone dog is service dog”, as someone in the sales industry working a normal 9-5 you are a disgrace to the company, instead of asking me to prove that my dog is a service dog she proceeded with attitude like she runs the place! And I am a black female that can say it’s always the black people that acts like this with their own and that’s bad! We are not in the Caribbean this is Canada and she better be happy that I am saved because I am not the one period!!!!! I would love to revisit and try their oxtail that I wanted to try but at this point idk if I want to, my partner always comes and supports and even tips the females even after such a big order so I was very much disappointed with the way I was treated! And just to add I don’t wish for her to lose her job but just make her realize that she is not bigger than the program!!!! She works for the company so act like it!!!

First time experience on lunch from work. Got a pound of jerk. Excellent. Ive had several others in the area but this one had tenderness and moisture with a crisp skin. Flavor was hitting with a perfect amount of spice at the same time.
