Great vegan tofu banh mi. Was passing through the area and stumbled across this place. Really nice owner, amazing food. Cozy, cute interior. Great all around!

Got married in September and decided to go for Red Scale to make us a wedding cake and vegan cupcakes for our guests. We also ordered their sandwiches and the guests loved them too.
What’s amazing is that Saru the owner went above and beyond. He delivered our order for us and made a beautiful wedding cake that was so beautiful that we cried!
He designed the cake with detail and used elements of my culture...
