Used drive thru, have never been inside the establishment. Ended up getting an Iced Cappuccino and used scan to pay.Unfortunately the first time it didn't go through despite the machine beeping. Ended up scanning again and went through the second time. Staff was very patient to make sure that there was no double charge.The food was well made, but there was a little bit of splatter on the lid, so had to clean that myself otherwise it would have made a mess.The tim bits that I got were very good and freshly made.Due to franchising, each Tim Hortons is different, but this one is a good one.

Very Bad ExperienceI went to the drive thru on 29 Oct 2023 at 9.35 @ Tim hortons in dundas street w and a guy took my order and i asked for a steep tea and he told me it will take 5 min to prepare and he offered me orange tea and i told him i will wait for the steep tea and i waited for 10 min and knock the door nobody attended and i called the store and a lady took my call she told me the store is closed now because they are staying far from the store. Their closing time is 11pm. This is how irresponsible the store is. Thats the response i got from the store.

I came to this location as I was traveling downtown for my birthday celebration. I was in a great mood because it was my birthday of course and stopped by Timmies to get my morning tea and a meal for my mom. I let the workers know that it was birthday and was wondering if any specials are available to individuals celebrating their birthday. The first worker said he is new and so his manager would help me with birthday specials. When the manager came she took one look at me and said Tim Horton doesn't do anything for birthdays. I was bummed but bought my food and left.Only to find out a short while later that Tim Hortons does gave specials for loyal members (of which I am one).Giving a 1 star for the poor customer service /lack of awareness of their own policies
