I honestly can’t believe what I experienced at this location. They put a full metal grating inside the store to block off part of the area, and they shut down the washroom two hours before closing. It felt completely wrong and honestly embarrassing for a place in Canada. I walked in expecting normal service and instead felt like I was stepping into a restricted zone.
There’s no reason customers should feel this stressed or unwelcome just for trying to use basic facilities. It’s disappointing and totally unprofessional. I hope someone actually pays attention and fixes this, because this is not how a well-known Canadian chain should treat people.

Easily one of the worst. They take forever in the drive through. Dont believe in cutting bagels and its a hit or miss how much creamed cheese your going to get and if said cream cheese will be spread or just dropped in the center where there isnt even bread. Half the time the coffee is burnt or taste like they used their feet to stir the milk in.
