I've just come back from hosting an event for 400 high end clients who love a curated food moment, and TOBEN was the absolute right choice to have executed this for us.

From the very initial comms. with Brittany from TOBEN, myself and my team knew that we had made the right choice for our event. We were hosted for an initial tasting and Brittany and her team went above and beyond to make our event feel individual and elevated. From that moment we knew they were the ones.

On event day for our 400 guests we provided breakfast, snacks, lunch, and a full reception of passed apps., and each dish was even better than the previous. Our clients and guests were incredibly happy with how everything turned out, and how the flavor pallet we landed on felt elevated and curated to exactly what we were looking for.

We could not recommend TOBEN enough to anyone that may be looking for catered party solutions in the Toronto area. We will absolutely use them again and again any time we are back.

We recently used Toben to cater my 40th birthday dinner. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. They offered a great menu, and we were very pleased with the quality of the food. They also sent two servers who were really helpful, consistently cleaning up and organizing. We will definitely use Toben again!

We had our annual company formal at the Globe and Mail Centre and Toben absolutely made the night! Everyone was raving about the food. We did hors d’oeuvres and food stations, and they were all fantastic. The highlights were definitely the flank steak and the fish tacos, and I’m still dreaming about the French onion soup balls! On top of that, the service was stellar! Everyone on the team was so lovely and helpful and readily available. I cannot recommend them enough!

Your staff did everything end then some. From the room flip to ensuring all needs were attended to throughout the night, they were flawless.

As we didn’t hire a planner, we really leaned on Tanisha, and she was incredible. She kept us calm and ensured we could enjoy the night.

It was very special for us to have the event at your venue. It really felt like we were having it at home……

Dinner party made easy.

Wow, wow, wow! The party we held at home for my husband's 60th birthday was a huge success thanks to Toben Food by Design! The food was really delicious and so beautifully presented that our guests said it was like a 5-star restaurant. Literally everything they served was excellent! The beef tenderloin was cooked to perfection; not easy for 30 people.
The staff (Chef, assistant and 2 servers) were incredible. They arrived on time; and setup and clean up for the party was very organized and efficient. Rentals were included and all essential items provided. Our kitchen was left spotless and all the rentals back in their crates in the garage ready to be picked up the next day.
We would highly recommend Toben for any party or event, small or large!

The food is flavourful and delicious. The menu indicates specific allergy information and everything is clearly marked when received. The staff are super helpful. At pick up I had a last minute request that was very kindly accommodated. Their venue looks lovely for on site parties. Definitely gives me a funky old Montreal warehouse venue vibe. Order and enjoy!

My go to caterer for small and large events. Fantastic service and delicious food. Highly recommend.

I would give 100 stars if i could! Toben did an amazing job twice within a month for me, as they did a catering drop-off for my wife's 50th birthday in June then my Dad's 80th birthday a few weeks later. It took so much pressure off preparing for a day or two before, and didn't have to miss out on the company while being stuck in the kitchen or over the grill.

I had the amazing opportunity to work with Zoe, who was fantastic at gathering the requirements and providing menu ideas/suggestions. Her communication was fantastic, they use a portal to capture all discussions, payments, etc...it was very handy and professional.

The food was outstanding. We did a hors d'oeuvres delivery for both occasions that came with 3 apps and 3 smaller lunch items (sliders, etc). The delivery was right on time as discussed and loved the packaging. Toben also included garbage bags, napkins, gloves and little display cards saying what's in each/allergy info.

Overall, so impressed with their catering work. I love their food truck but their catering is next level. So professional! So tasty! Now I need more parties so I can book more Toben! Thanks again!

Everything was perfection! The food was beautifully presented and so delicious. The staff were very pleasant and professional and couldn’t do enough to make everyone happy. It really was a superb event and an absolute pleasure to work with Toben!
