Please improve your tapioca! I ordered my favorite blueberry smoothie bubble tea and the tapioca was stuck together!!! That's crazy for $9.00!!!

Today, Tuesday, I entered the store at 7:58 pm and they took me out, because a person told me that they close at 8, this is the 4th time they have done this to me, and it is the second time that they have treated me with a terrible attitude, if you are thinking of enjoying a smoothie, I recommend that you do not come to this place, and avoid having an unpleasant moment.

I had the milk boba tea, the boba taste like it has been left out all day and also just not properly made. The tea was also a let down. Probably their other drinks are good but not the boba tea.
Got a strawberry banana smoothie the first time I came here and that was great. Second time I got a watermelon slushie and the cashier was nice enough to mix it for me with an extra topping free of charge.
I appreciate good service like that and the restaurant is always clean. It’s a bit pricey but still good. I love having this shop in the Weston and Lawerence area.
