Today, Tuesday, I entered the store at 7:58 pm and they took me out, because a person told me that they close at 8, this is the 4th time they have done this to me, and it is the second time that they have treated me with a terrible attitude, if you are thinking of enjoying a smoothie, I recommend that you do not come to this place, and avoid having an unpleasant moment.

Got a strawberry banana smoothie the first time I came here and that was great. Second time I got a watermelon slushie and the cashier was nice enough to mix it for me with an extra topping free of charge.
I appreciate good service like that and the restaurant is always clean. It’s a bit pricey but still good. I love having this shop in the Weston and Lawerence area.

It’s very quiet awkward silence worker speaks so low barely understand the service is beyond slow for one drink 10 minutes all the customers here are very frustrated one left and over priced..

It's one thing to be a typical smoothie or tea shop that has dairy milk and a very different thing to be one that advertises non-dairy milk. Anyone would expect non-dairy milk to not contain dairy. The staff were very helpful in showing the "non-dairy" milk they use. However, the ingredients clearly stated the presence of cows milk and whey.Unfortunately, this is false advertising. I appreciate that it's an outsourced product and the store had not known. I hope this review gets them to replace their milk with cruelty free actually non-dairy options. And I hope people reading this with allergies to dairy or unnecessary cruelty to cows are not led astray.I'll leave this review up until I hear back from the store and the issue has been rectified.
