Amazing product line. Best in the city. Modern bakery styles with an old world touch---brings back memories of foods I used to enjoy, but cannot. WBB has been able to bring back the best GF chalah, bagels, and my favourite: cinnamon buns. Thank you, WBB. In addition, staff are very knowledgeable and courteous.
Shop is a bit small though...

The best gluten free bakery in Toronto with the most passionate celiac at the helm. Whether you’re allergic to gluten or simply looking to experience something absolutely scrumptious, this is your place. It should be 6/5 but my husband says that’s not a thing. So. Cool.

These folks are incredibly kind and talented, I’m so glad they exist! Their bakery pizza is totally nostalgic, just like the slices I got before the gluten free days. Their monthly donut days are worth putting in the calendar, and they do a wonderful job of curating their menu seasonally. Check these folks out if you haven’t yet!!
