Went in for the first time today & definitely won’t be our last! We ordered the pork egg rolls and beef pho which tastes like a hug you didn’t know you needed, the environment is cozy & aesthetic, and the staff, especially Karen (the owner), was so friendly & welcoming. We arrived during lunch rush and our food still came out quick, yet didn’t taste or look rushed. Can’t wait to come back to try the rest of the menu and will definitely be recommending to anyone...
In town for work this week and, as usual, scoped out a pho spot for dinner. Luckily chose this spot and was treated to one of the best bowls of pho I’ve ever had. No complaints, 100% win. Do yourself a favor and get yourself over here! Only downside to this place is that it isn’t back home in Denver.
To say that we love Ba's does not do the place justice. The food is only part of the equation. The staff are all awesome and you're made to feel very welcome. I usually get the large chicken pho with a side a grilled shrimp and if I can't remember the owners usually do. 😅 I love the chili paste and their cocktail menu is very tasty. I'm not sure what we do if they ever closed. Thanks for being a staple in our monthly culinary experiences.
