“I really appreciate good customer service these days. I decided to go in because I had two separate orders, 2 coupons per order, and a few different debit cards. It was a little overwhelming after a really bad day. I had to close 700 open tabs already rolling in my ADHD rolladex brain just to order.
Thank you so much to the kind employee who took my orderS, dealt with special requests, and made sure I had everything special bagged up so it was easy to separate and feed two separate households. As we chatted while the orders were being prepared, I felt like I really needed that chat tonight. Actually getting out of the vehicle and walking in to order, I had a nostalgic feeling. Like the good ole days when we would get cleaned up after work and rush to Burger King so we could get a booth and have a nice sit-down dinner with family and friends. There were no customers eating inside. Maybe we all need to slow down a bit and start eating BACK inside the fast food restaurants instead of eating it in front of the phones and TVs 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷

“We had such a great experience at the Burger King here in Albany. The store manager working the evening of Dec 5th was incredible — friendly, attentive, and clearly willing to jump in wherever he was needed. He was running the register, wiping tables, chatting with customers, and still took a moment to apologize for our (very short!) wait even though we had a large order. He even warmed up cookies for our boys, which absolutely made their night.
We didn’t catch his name, but you just don’t see that level of care and work ethic at fast food restaurants anymore, especially in Albany. He truly deserves recognition for the way he runs that store.“
