Drive through was so slow! Took over 20 min. With only 2 cars ahead of me. Im sure they were short staffed or something ... but I didn't think it would take that long

This was going to be lower but the drive through employee welcomed me by telling me I rule. . . and who doesn't like being affirmed? We can all use a little pick-me-up from time to time. BK nailed it. 5 stars.

We had such a great experience at the Burger King here in Albany. The store manager working the evening of Dec 5th was incredible — friendly, attentive, and clearly willing to jump in wherever he was needed. He was running the register, wiping tables, chatting with customers, and still took a moment to apologize for our (very short!) wait even though we had a large order. He even warmed up cookies for our boys, which absolutely made their night.

We didn’t catch his name, but you just don’t see that level of care and work ethic at fast food restaurants anymore, especially in Albany. He truly deserves recognition for the way he runs that store.

My family likes the food but it always has a weird chemical taste to me and the wait time is ridiculous sometimes 20-30 minutes for 1 meal.

Went through the drive-through. A VERY long wait. Appeared to be a skeleton crew at 5:45 p.m. I received my food at 6:14. I blame management, not the crew. Won't be returning.

They didn't get my order right. They missed the 4 piece nugget I ordered, and I ordered a jalapeno cheesy bites, and they only gave me the cheesy bites. Don't go to this place, they suck.

My partner and I had a good experience at this Burger King while passing through the area. The Impossible Whopper was tasty and fries were delicious and salted just right. The service at the counter was great too.

Ate lunch at this location a couple months back. Staff members were friendly and polite, and the place had good burgers/fries. Restrooms had paper towels and was clean, mentioning because some BKs in CA don't have the former. Definitely would eat at this location again if I'm ever passing by on I-5.

I have been coming to this burger for the last couple months and usually everything is great, but these last couple times I have ordered online and when I pull up their broiler is broken so I have to ask for a refund but you have to wait 2-7 days to get your refund back. I tried to call the next time that we came to make sure that their broiler was working, I called 5 times and no one answered. Normally they do amazing on the food and everything is how it should be, but recently they have not been taking off the ingredients that i’m asking to be removed or just forgetting ingredients that normally come on the burger.

Don't order any speacails like 2 for 5 with out stating it. Or your charged full price. Girl at counter was rude and said we'll it s in the fine print. Must order and say 2 for 5. It added $ 12 more tobour price with out saying. Also she said they jave to recouobtjerebcost some how. So cheating the people of their money is the way to do it. Keep an eye on your receipts.
We had always had a good experience here. This time was totally opposite.
